Protocol Royal Run participants to prevent the spread of COVID-19
As part of the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, we will take a number of measures around and during the Royal Run on Saturday 25 September.
Despite the fact that our activity takes place outdoors, we would like to ask you to observe the instructions below.
Transportation to and from the venue
We prefer if you come to the location of the Run with your own transport. It is best to come by bicycle, but also by car. The location is easily accessible by public transport, but it is better not to use it in large groups.
Mouth mask obligation and social distancing
During the Royal Run, wearing a mouth mask is of course not mandatory. We do ask you to bring and wear a mouth mask at the start and arrival location before and after the Royal Run. Where possible, we also ask you to keep 1.5 meters away from the other participants. During registration and receiving the competition medal, among other things, wearing a mouth mask is mandatory for your and our safety.
Hygienic hand gel will be available for all participants. We ask you to use the gel on arrival and before coming into contact with our employees and other participants, for example when receiving a medal.
Symptoms of COVID
If you have complaints and symptoms that may indicate a COVID-19 infection, we urge you to stay at home. As a precaution and to ensure the safety of all our participants.
If you have any questions about the Royal Run or the COVID measures, you can always contact the COVID coordinator Gerard Oosterwijk at firstname.lastname@example.org or +32456191562
